Shipping Rules
FlorArt offers a fast and convenient delivery system in the municipality of Chisinau and Moldova. Flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements and other types of artistic decorations can be selected from our catalog, but can be created and customized to order according to your needs and wishes. The delivery of ordered bouquet is made by an agent (courier) of our company at the address specified by you in all localities in the country appearing in the list of cities available, when you place an order.
The delivery price in Chisinau, in the suburbs or in the districts of Moldova centers vary from one locality to another. The buyers can see the prices of delivery when they choose the town on the shopping cart page.
The minimal order vaue must be 450 MDL and can be paid using the following payment methods: credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, Paynet, bank transfer..
Customers who are applying for delivery are required to submit the necessary data (recipient address, telephone number (the requester and / or recipient) to coordinate the exact time of delivery.
Delivery at home, at work or at any other location is to be effectuated at the date and time set in the buyer’s order. Also to get the products delivered, the client shall establish the time of delivery. When the order is to be delivered FlorArt operator or florist contacts the recipient to specify if he is at the indicated adress or if somebody could possibly receive products.
If you choose the Standard Delivery option, the order is made on payment confirmation and is delivered after 24 hours from the time of payment.
If you want delivery to be executed on the current day, select the Express Delivery option. From the time of payment, the FlorArt team has 6 hours to complete the delivery. Important information: orders with this type of delivery are received only till 18:00 of the current day.
Delivery Anonymous: If the buyer requests that bouquet or composition to be delivered to a person anonymosly, all details are to be coordinated by telephone with the buyer, which in turn is obliged to guarantee recipient to be due at time of delivery.
Once the delivery is made, we will send you an email with a confirmation that your flowers have been delivered successfully.
Purchasing products without delivery means picking up the bouquets or arrangements from salon at Columna 171. In this case buyer is obliged to indicate the date and time the product is to be picked up, to pay the price of the arrangement or bouquet and indicate an email for receiving information about his order. Also florists or operator can coordinate information and details about the order its removalby in a telephone conversation.
If the buyer did not come to pick up the products on time, the flowers (bouquet or floral composition) are kept for 24 hours, then the order is canceled with no possibility of reimbursement.
Before major holidays, we recommend placing orders with at least 3 days in advance.
